TFH Global Resources was founded in 2016 by Mr. Omor Faruque, who started his journey as a cleaner in Selangor, Malaysia. Mr. Omor then realized the potential need for cleaners in most of the industries here and began his first assignment by recruiting 75 foreign workers from Bangladesh to Malaysia and starting his manpower business by partnering with renowned brands like H&M Brand Outlet and Uniqlo in Selangor.

The support and dedication especially from our core team member Ms. Amal Lina, Mr. Omor’s colleague; have been instrumental in the company’s growth and development by expanding the business and increasing the number of employees each year. In the year 2023, TFH Global Resources is thriving and positioned for further success, cementing its status as a leading provider of manpower solutions in Malaysia.
